Love this post. Back pain is a big big problem. I believe that most over complicate the treatment however. It just makes sense that keeping your body/spine in proper alignment is the key to preventing back pain. In particular, the skeletal system. It’s just part/joints moving together so, naturally, any misalignment in these moving parts is going to cause friction and muscle spasm, and lead to discomfort. You’ve gotta keep your spine in alignment, along with strengthening the muscles around the spine.
